* debian/control: add Vcs-Git and Vcs-browser fields.
* Switch the libpoppler-dev build dependency to libpoppler-private-dev
(Closes: #673304).
* Include a patch to load plugins from path with underscore, thanks to Harun
Trefry (Closes: #675063).
