* New upstream release.
- Avoid duplicate entries in allow/dontask permission keys
- ubuntu-webapps-update-index must propagate name/domain through to
app db (LP: #1059846)
- dpkg_url_index_lookup_url. Applications must be initialized to NULL
- MusicPlayer: disconnect previously setted callbacks
- handle manifests without domain
- Fixed race condition with showing webapps in the
alt-tab switcher (LP: #1060823)
