To avoid any confusion here, most quantum core devs are not actually able
to +2 items that are cherry-picked for stable/folsom. You must also be a
member of the stable-maint team (see: http://wiki.openstack.org/StableBranch).
 If you're interested in joining this team, the wiki page has suggestions.
 And remember that the only items that should be proposed to stable/maint
are changes that have already been merged into master for Grizzly.
