Based on recent trends in other OpenStack projects (nova, ceilometer, oslo) I've done a bit of experimentation with using stevedore (http://pypi.python.org/pypi/stevedore), which is based on setuptools entry_points, to load drivers in the Modular L2 plugin. It seems workable. Has anyone else looked at this? Would you recommend it, or should I stick with simply configuring lists of class names?
Should LBaaS and other new plugin/driver loading code in Quantum be using stevedore as well?
