There's also a new bug that came in over the weekend related to arping
on Ubuntu 13.03: https://bugs.launchpad.net/quantum/+bug/1153066 .
Seems potentially important, so I am tracking it as 'high' issue.
This is a tricky one. I think that the arping that we use is part of the
iputils package - /iputils/-/arping/. I will post a request and check if
this is what he/she is using.
The regular arping does not support the -U option.
If there are any other items that need to be on our radar for RC1, we
need them to be filed in time to discuss at the team meeting tomorrow.
