Hi,
I don't know who is responsible with ryu plugin.
The doc plugin's readme is pointing at is very old and cannot be used
any more:

In fact, the same problem applies to the bigswitch plugin and floodlight
too.
I think we should consider if these kind of plugins should be put in
quantum codes repo if
the maintainer cannot catch up.
