Piezo horn tweeters will need only tiny power, you probably need a cross over before them as well. I'm not sure tho as i'd never use that type in anything but a PA system for maximum volume. I think you are looking around 1-5 watts rms to match 200-400 watts rms to mid and bass in that setup. I'll check when i'm in the UK.
What's the sensitivity of the respective units? From that I can tell you required power and distances to try to match them. The co-axial speakers are connected straight to the head unit.
