Piezo horn tweeters will need only tiny power, you probably need a cross over
before them as well. I'm not sure tho as i'd never use that type in anything
but a PA system for maximum volume. I think you are looking around 1-5 watts
rms to match 200-400 watts rms to mid and bass in that setup. I'll check when
i'm in the UK.

What's the sensitivity of the respective units? From that I can tell you
required power and distances to try to match them.

Yes thats about where they are, they will be staying there untill i
either make some new door cards(with some kind of fibreglass speaker
build), or make my own dash, there wasnt really anywhere else to put
them in the 2+2.
when i do make the dash ill be relocating the tweeters into some gague
pods or just sitting them flush in the dash, unsure about this at the
moment.

Yes the piezo type, ill be trying the out just to see what they are
like, im gonna try and make it so they only really deal with the
voice, instead of any bass or anything. If they turn out as you said
they sound ill just end up using them as a horn or something.

Yes ive got two amps, one for just the sub and the other for the
6X9's, i may connect the tweeters to these or the head unit, unsure of
how this would effect the whole set up though. The co-axial speakers
are connected straight to the head unit.

Sorry, ive got no idea why i put bass tweeters there.
