Hi, The main reason this was removed is due to the fact the copyright is owned by someone else. We've only done this twice that I recall. Sorry if you think this is over the top.
I also felt is was appropriate to mention that derogatory language should be avoided as we have a wide range of subscribers. We have to make a judgement call based on the 'rules'. This includes blocking spam and moderation as well as making sure we are legal.
