If you contact Ferriday with the engine number or even the original purchasers name they can check on their records of the build data for your specific engine. they keep seriously accurate records of each individual build(piston sizes, overbore versions, crank undersizes etc )so if your engine had say an undersized seal fitted due to a regrind perhaps then they would know about it(assuming it hasn't been tampered with since )
