Arnie,
To get rid of them properly you need to grind away the affected gel
coat back to the underlying fibreglass. If the fibreglass is also
damaged you may need to remove some of that as well, but keep enough to
retain the shape. Next relaminate the affected area using fibreglass mat
initially and then fibreglass tissue to finish off. You should be able
to get very close to the final shape using this method, but may need to
use a small amount of filler to get the shape exact. Finally prep and paint.
If you simply use filler to resolve the issue, the cracks will
re-appear again.
