What you have there is 2 of the 3 versions of the quarterlight area that
old Quantum tried.
On the blue one you need to replace the rubber seal on the door pillar
and take it all the way up past where the corner of the hood is. Cut
back half the width 6mm above where the hood corner is so the hood
squashes it when fitted.

This is the final version that Quantum did like mine
www.quantums.info/hood.htm and on my car it didn't leak for about 3 or 4
years.
Now i get some drips but i need to replace the rubber seal stuck to the
windscreen pillar.

You can modify the white one to this spec
The white hood looks like the main hoop is to high and/or the rear hoop
is too high (the rear hoop pivots normally need to be as low as they can
go on the main hoop).
But , if it's a later QSC hood from about 3 years ago the fit of them
was terrible, the gap above the rear of the door glass was much larger
than that at the front. I saw several of them at the time.
I don't think there is much that can be done with them without a trimmer
reshaping the hood.
