I bought a 2.0 Zetec engine the other day from Ebay, no pictures and almost no description (just said has Red cam cover !) for £100. For a change i seem to have struck lucky, various external things made me suspect it might have been tweaked, a external fuel pressure reg take off on the fuel rail, silicone plug leads, a temperature sensing sticker on a core plug and all the black paint still on the block (rare !) When i pulled off the red cam cover sure enough the camshafts aren't standard either. What i'm not sure about it what they are.
The only markings on them are Sport cam KC JC K and Sport cam KC JC P I did wonder if the KC was kent cams but there web site seems to no longer exist (do they ?) and the other numbers don't seem to tie in with Kent model numbers on other peoples sites.
