It seems both Tony's were right.
Sportcam.co.za recognised the part numbers and said they make the blank 
camshafts which they ship to kent cams for grinding.
However Kent said they didn't recognise the part number !

Sportcam also forwarded my email to kent so hopefully there contact 
knows more.
The numbers i have are the blank casting number.
