Trish and I would also like to thank everyone involved with the organisation
and work connected with Stoneleigh this year.

The key thing that hits people coming onto the Quantum stand is the level of
"professionalism", starting with being ushered in by parking marshals wearing
fluorescent jackets (the only stand to do this?), the edging round the site,
the Marquee now with heating, lighting and floor covering (a nice touch). The
marquee provides a good centre for the occasion acting as both a meeting place
and the stage for the main events. The availability of someone from the
committee at most times to discuss any pertinent matters plus tea/coffee/food
for the members is also much appreciated. A special thanks goes to the BBQ
Sub-committee whose efforts were even greater this year.

Well done everyone!

Some information for those others who like walking, we found a series of
footpaths in the area that crisscross the main roads and take one through some
of the best bluebell woods that I have ever seen. Most of these paths are
suitable for dogs off the lead but some areas require dogs to be under full
control - well that is us out for a start. Given the number of pheasants he
set up, the Golden Woofer thought it was heaven.
