It would be worth checking with your insurance company before even bothering to install a fifth seat belt. Many companies default the Quantum to having 4 seats, so if you add a fifth one (even if it was originally designed in) then they could argue it is a modification to the design. Even Quantum sometimes referred to the saloon as the "four seater", and sometimes use the Q4 designation on the VIN plate. At best your premiums would increase, at worst the insurance company could disallow a claim.
