There are plenty of good photos of your conversion on Jim's website, but I 
am looking for the size of the box section needed.  I need to know what 
size the box section is and what thickness, ie 2,3 or 4mm.

I think the NI website Michael is referring to was Darryl Web's, but I think 
that site is no longer - maybe the Wayback machine can help with that.

I have a potential source for the box section, via a friends dad, but just 
need to find out the specifics.
