Hello,
Someone asked me agers ago what spring rates on my on my H4.
I have Gaz coilovers and the rear springs are 180lb x 12"
Im still unsure of the fronts.
I do know that they are 11" and are less poundage that the Gaz standard front
coilover setup for a fiesta 16v. Think they are 200lb.
I would go a little softer if i had the choice.
