That's what I've done with the Fiesta RS Turbo seats. If your Si seats are on the mk3.5 runners (seat belt stalk built into the runner and a twist up handle to move the seat forwards and backwards rather then a bar between the runners) then you'll need to replace the existing captive bolts in the runners with normal nuts and bolts. The nut & bolt by the seatbelt stalk is awkward to fit but not impossible, despite what might be said on some internet forums.
