On the track days you need a helmet of some sort but last time i went the spec didn't seem to mater, i've a really old open face one that somebody at work gave me. For the Haynes days you don't need a helmet, the track doesn't really let you get fast enough to need one.
But nothing stopping you wearing one if you want to.

Im just wondering on the evens that the owners club arranges do you
have to wear a helmet?

if so will a bikers helmet do?

Ive found some for sub £25 delivered in the sale for http://www.ghostbikes.com/

Just thought about it as i wanted to start going to these little
events and though a bikers helmet would be better then no helmet at
all, just incase.
