This has been mentioned many times before and the messages in the wrong
order is just down to your ISP taking longer to process some messages
than others.
I run my own mail server and only get messages in the wrong order if the
mail server has been down.
Not sure about the repeats except skip_rat did send his original message
twice, or at least google received it twice and i approved it twice
without noticing it.
