After much struggling and the invaluable help of a member of the XRTwo forum we finally managed to get the 1800 Zetec motor into the Saloon last night. Only managed to run it for a few seconds as it was midnight and I hadn't plumbed up the cooling system. Sadly it's unlikely to be finished for Stoneleigh as I need to rebuild and rejet the carb, but it's getting there....
