On my build I used the original Sierra ones as they seemed fine,
however my engine was moving a lot and so I put new mounts on (2
engine, one gearbox) suppied by Q. These were a lot stiffer and far
less movement. Mine is the black top 2L with type 9 and it is close
to the transmission tunnel at about the 11 o clock position as viewed
from the front and does occasionally hit, although this was not the
reason why I changed the mounts, it did help and now is pretty much a
non problem. When I had the engine out I did also take the sharp
corner off the tunnel slightly with a hammer.

Just a note on the spigot bearing; don't over grease when you
reassemble. I did and the centrifugal force caused the grease to get
onto the clutch plate. When cold the clutch would slip but was Ok
when hot. As it was obviously borderline, I changed the clutch the
next winter and when stripped could follow the grease marks onto the
clutch plate.
