Generally this seems to be down to ISP's rather than the group itself.
I normally get delays of max 2 minuites on messages i post or seeing
others messages that have been approved for posting but i run my own
mail server.
Newer members postings (such as yourself) are on moderation which means
myself or one of the other moderators have to approve your message
before it gets to the group (to stop spam) but this would normally
happen within a few hours, not days.
Put the date and time on your next posting, i will tell you when i get
it for moderation and you can see when you get this.
