Debbie and I will be there from Saturday lunchtime and are willing
to help. Obviously would like to see the show at some time as everyone
would. We will be over once we have set up.

kit show of the country, the club stand and the weekend.
A lot more people now stay for the whole period from saturday lunch.
Can you spare a bit of that time to help out YOUR club ?

setting up saturday afternoon
taking down monday
refreshments throughout the show
bbq assist
breakfast assist
car parking assist
shop assist
general assist ?
All the main players [particulary MYSELF] would like some time off to
see some of the show.
Please think about how you would like to assist and let me know your
preferences in advance
