The are 2 separate parts which i would think would have to be missing
or broken for the calliper to move like this.
Firstly, the wire spring on the front of the calliper that pulls the
calliper against is mounting bracket.
Secondly the calliper slides on 2 stainless steel pins on the carrier,
these should be a good fit inside the rubber sleeves on the calliper,
often these have PTFE sleeves inside though i don't think all did.
I don't think the rubber bushes or the sleeves inside are available as a
spare, they certainly weren't many years ago when i built my 2+2, i just
found some better ones from the breakers.
The spring certainly is available.
