Thanks Pete for your helpful reply: I'll now send an eMail to the bank and ask them to check things out. Regarding addresses, I used the Contact page on the website for my eMail enquiries and the account numbers on the 2010 renewals letter for the bank transfer arrangements. Regarding rudeness in eMails....we are all busy people (no doubt soem more than others) but volunteers are just that....volunteers. Being rude just gets peoples backs up and achieves nothing: it doesn't even make one feel better ! al good wishes Bill
