Ok all, I have made contact with the seller. He has told me that he has stripped both cars due to the fact that he has been unable to sell them On EBay. Due to neither of the cars reaching their reserve price of around £450, he decided to strip them down and sell the parts.
When I work on so many of these cars, and realise that they are not suffering age in the shells, I find this extremely disappointing. Apparently there is enough parts with this person to rebuild at least one of the cars. Some of the parts are believed to be amost brand new. There are a lot of parts that are still perfectly useable, even on the bodyshells. The seller has ok'd it for me to publish his details here, so if anyone can save these cars, you can contact him directly. I would love to get them, but I am just to busy on the run up to Stoneligh to be able to. The sellers name is Martin Bealfour, and you can phone him on 07939 437 721 Good luck.
