That looks a little better than some of the pattern ones that used to be around but not much. The makers of these tanks obviously don't understand how the Ford swirl pot works. On the Ford tank the return pipe from the engine goes back into the swirl pot via a venturi which is open to the fuel outside the swirl pot. So as the spare returned fuel comes back into the swirl pot from the engine it sucks additional fuel from the outside the swirl pot with it and keeps the swirl pot full even if there is only a low level in the tank.

I can't see anything on that swirl pot that will do that, as the fuel level in the tank gets lower so will the level in the swirl pot.

The ford swirl pot is here.
