My wife is only 4'11" tall and she is a big nuisance, and has been for the
last wonderful 34 years!
The 2+2 that I own I modified the seat to run uphill towards the steering
wheel and made it go further than standard by altering the rails it runs on.
I will picture it for you if it helps (do you know any engineers as I am a
toolmaker by trade and can do most things) so that a local guy to you can do
it.
I am building a special and on this car I have solved the problem by
creating a clip in floor panel that has extended pedals to operate the real
ones, however this has taken me about 2 weeks of evening work and weekend
time to complete so I doubt you will go this route. I chose this for the
special because it places all the other controls perfectly to suit her and
she is suitably pleased to let me come in and sleep in the house sometimes.

I guess this won't apply to many Quantum owners as most seem to be
guys, but as much as I absolutely love my new H4, I'm having problems
reaching the pedals!! I'm only 5ft and I have to sit so far forward to
be able to dip the clutch properly
Also as the pedals come "down" (rather than up from the floor), they
end up very high off the floor, so if I rest my heal on the floor my
toes don't even reach the actual pedal at all!!
Any help/ideas appreciated!
