Yes it is! I have "BIG FUN" on my H4 (with the help of a few bolts!)
The normal rules for Personal Plates apply, so you can not make the
car look younger than its first registration.
The only exception was the Q plates as they can not re-registered.
If you need to be "creative" with your number plate spacing (which
would obviously be highly illegal!), then ebay is a good option! Just
make sure you also have some road legal plates for your MOT!
