Hi,
Just got the renewal through. The last one in Nov 2010 it was
£180.60. We paid for the Coupe in April 2011: £184.88. Now it seems
the club insurance has gone up to £205.64. (13.9% more than last
year) It seems Andy did not know about this. I have confirmed with
Footman James that they think this is the club rate. There was also a
little altercation in that the person on the phone wanted to
immediately cancel the policy as we said we were not renewing with
them straight away. So the customer service is slipping.
Has anyone else out there got anything higher than £184.88 on the club
insurance this year?
