Don't waste your hard-earned!
It does nothing - what can it do when there is no additional energy added by
the unit? When I worked at Ford we tested plenty of these (and other gimmics
such as the spinny exhausts, and magnets on the fuel lines). None of them
gave benefit - Oh also the water additive one was tested and made no
difference (well.... only to the pocket) If they were any good a large car
manufacturer would have snapped them up.
