Another figure I like from one of the original 2+2 brochure is that the body shell has a torsional stiffness 3.5 times greater than that of the MGB, try as I might I cant find out exactly what the MGB body shell is in terms of torsional rigidity (though I will keep looking) but ive found a website that lists the torsional stiffness of some more modern cars so it would be good to make a more up to date comparison providing they are favourable
