jim. i put mk5 in the listing as literally after having just a quick look it had written " mk5 escort escort " on the gearbox so just presumed. now yesterday i told pam that the pulley was touching the subframe and she said she paid the extra money to quantum to have the zetec modification? so make of that as you will? i told her to shop around as there are a lot of local companies who will sort the car in way or the other.and with the current climate she could get a good price on the work instead of the £2,000 she was quoted for just a respray yesterday! don't exactly know what her intentions are with the car but she's just happy its back.
