I had one from QSC . . . but lost it when moving arround Its very simple you need: - a towbar coupling, put it on - a round steel tube - measure from the bulkhead to the front of the 2+2 nose and add 1,5 meters - get 2 rectangle tube 3x5 or so (same with or wider than front subframe) about the with of the subframe.
Drill holes in these tubes in the same place as in the front and back of the lower subframe Bolt them to the subframe and weld the long tube in the middle under these rectangular cross tubes make some extra brackets for extra strenght between the round and rectanular tubes For the rear you need to make a holder for the indicators, lights etc. with a long extension cord to the car. done. Transport Does anyone know what the weight of the shell would be and whether, if fitted with rear axle and wheels it could be towed in the way they were when the original kits were collected from the factory by their proud new owners. I wonder if Eddie has any drawings of the tow bar loaned by the factory for this purpose (or even a real one)?
