The fuse/relay unit isn’t intended to be removed from the wiring loom. While you can remove the contacts from the plastic moulding with the correct tools (there are about 3 different types required) be aware that a lot of the contacts are special ones that join more than one point together and there are a lot of busbars with contacts on.
Unless the moulding has melted to much to retain the contact the best bet is to remove just the problem contact and replace it with a short length of wire and good contact from another fusebox. Some of the contacts can be obtained, the 1/4” ones for the relays (apart from one on each relay for some reason) are standard and the fuse contacts are used on other aftermarket fuseholders (though a lot of the Ford contacts are commoned up to more than one fuse).
