sorted
i pulled the tank back slightly to expose the breather tube and got a
length of welding wire held i a small pin vice and slowly roteted it
inwards and roudnt the top bend into the tank, so the blockeage should
have shifted, but to double check i pushed a length of vaccum pipe on
the end and blew in, and for some reason only to be regretted later,
sucked also

but at least the blockage has gone
good job ive given up the fags....
