Are you sure the existing window mech is off a VW ?, if so, it’s not a Quantum standard.
The standard Quantum electric window 2+2 was from an early Mk3 Fiesta, normally 3 door but i believe 5 door can be used if you drill new motor fixing holes. The Mk3 Fiesta mech needs modifying, details should be on the QOC web site. The mod includes adding a special spacer so if you’ve not got a Fiesta mech at the moment you will have to have some made or see if you can still get them from Quantum.
