It used to be quite common.
The motor factors sell them as a repair part, probably under body panels.
Try your local Partco, Camberly motor factors or equivalent.

Subject: [Quantum Owners] 2+2 Rear spring axle cups

Hi there, my last MOT advised that the cups that seat the rear springs on the
axle were rusted and would fail the next MOT. I believe you used to be able to
buy them to replace.
Anybody know of a source or best solution to this challenge? I have not heard
of anyone having this problem before. Am I the first?
Happy quantuming
Don
