I'm nowhere near you unfortunately... Do you have a photo of the disc in the assembly manual? It's basically similar to the original, except that it gives an additional park position. It may be possible to make one out of a plated steel sheet or thin brass sheet - from memory it is just fixed in place with epoxy adhesive (araldite or similar). What problems do you have with the window fitment? If it's the up/down of the side windows, I think you may have to look in the breakers for a modern alternative off a small car.
