Suggests that at least your door seals are in a pretty good nick.. As Jim 
says, just coat the seals with something that will discourage moisture 
settling and freezing. Neat washing up liquid if you don't have any silicon 
grease. 

Neat washing up liquid on the interior glass will also help prevent the car 
from misting up inside. Or if you Rain X the exterior glass (it will make 
deicing easier) you could use that on the seals, should do the trick.
