I'm new here, so at firs some details: My name is Richard, age 44 living in the Netherlands. I'm very interested in (building) a Quantum 2+2 or a Saloon. Because of the rules over here in the Netherlands I think its wise to buy an already registered car. Therefore I'm looking for a car wish isn't in mint condition, because I will restore it myself. Can any one help me out ?
