hi, 2+2 1.6 cvh engine 95000 miles (background info)... recently i have been hearing a squealing noise as i apply power in lower gears and as the clutch bites, also sometimes when i drop a gear for higher revs for a corner, 3rd to 2nd gear for example. The noise is coming from the front of the car not sure exactly where. Also if im on the motorway for a while and come to rest at the end of a slip road when i turn off, sometimes first gear just wont engage... any advice would be much appreciated, thanks. calvin
