I don't know where the figures are now but i do know that 2wd Sierra
Cosworth 4 pot calipers and the later 2wd calipers are very different in
offset.
For the H4 (Mk3 Fiesta) hubs the 4 pot calipers will bolt almost
straight on with some suitable discs.
Mine have got as far as being mocked up on a spare hub assy.

Gone from 14" wheels with 185/60 to 15" with 195/45 in preperation for
an upgrade (had hoped to do Wilwood but it's not available anymore). I
got the 4 pot Cosworth calipers as a good deal but I know the normal
upgrade is the 4WD calipers and Escort RS2000 discs, so may resort to
that and resell the 2WD ones.

Have you increased the diameter of the tyres at all? It's
important to keep the contact patch relative to the effective king
pin inclination correct, and if the diameter of the tyre has also
increased this will be helpful if spacing them out. More likely
the diameter of the wheels may have been increased but the
diameter of the tyres has remained much the same because a lower
profile tyres has been used. Odd handling characteristics can
occur, as an example a car manufacturer I've worked for (no name
revealed) put large spacers and fat tyres on their 'exclusive'
model - when tested on the track and exiting a bend if the
steering wheel was released it didn't return to centre but steered
into the turn even more! scary stuff.

Got a pair of Cosworth 4 pots on modified XR2 uprights (bigger
holes drilled and tapped for the caliper mountings). Did some
basic measurements and they will fit withing the diameter of
the wheels but would need at least 25mm spacers to get enough
lateral clearance. Not really sure I want to push the wheels
out that much due to the effect it may have on handling. I'm
no expert on set up so will need to think (and read) about it
first. I'm sure increasing the front track will have an effect
on handling. As the handling is pretty good, I'm reluctant to
change things
Any advice appreciated.
