Hello All, Last call for any interested parties for the tour of Wales, if you want to go but haven't let us know yet, please reply asap. As I will have to confirm all the rooms booked or release them by the end of this week, so need to finalise who is going.
I have at last found 4 suitable hotels for our Wales tour and made provisional bookings. We will start in Cardiff, then on to Tenby, followed by Porthmadog, ending up in Welshpool. Now Geoff will have to set to and work out a nice route and find us some interesting places to visit. The tour will run from the 17th May and will finish in Welshpool on the 25th, after breakfast. The plan will be to all meet up at our first hotel by late afternoon early evening on Friday. The cost will be £526 per person, 1 night B&B and 8 nights B&B with evening meal. We will need £100 per person paid to the club ASAP to cover hotel deposits, the balance to be paid by mid April. At the moment we have space for an extra 6 or 7 people, if any one is interested in joining in the fun, let us know as quick as you can.
