The rear bumper should be held on at the front edge with a self tapper but it
came out so it was attached using adhesive (tiger seal). That has unstuck so it
needs reattaching either with a new self tapper or more adhesive. It is still
held in place on the drivers side and across the back with the normal fixings.
It's a five minute fix with adhesive.

The front bumper is still attached solidly but on the passenger side moves up
and down by 3mm but its solidly attached. Probably needs a bolt or screw
tightening. Or just left. I'm a perfectionist so these things annoy me.

So solving the bumpers could be an 8 minute job. The bumpers are built solidly
and either issue has been made by an sort of impact. Might just be due to the
coilover suspension

:)
