Ian, The later style H4 indicators were sourced from Toyota Celica (89-93 possibly). A quick Google image search threw up some nice after market ones, but make sure they are properly e-marked for IVA compliance.
For the headlight covers and side sill trim contact Mark Burley at QSC ([email protected]) It's 13 years since I put my H4 through SVA so not best placed to comment on IVA, but some owners on here have general IVA experience that could help, although the H4 shouldn't be too difficult to pass.
