Contrasting with this I thought it was a good show which with a little support
will become a great show. Complete Kit Car magazine had clearly put a lot of
effort into it, with a great competition for the kids to win iTunes vouchers by
collecting clues around the whole of the show. For the kids (and the adults)
there was radio-controlles racing - a great display of 'the ones that got away'
featured some great kits, which for whatever reason had something different but
didn't sell in great numbers.
As is usual free entry for the kit car driver - so no excuse for a low
attendance next year.

I went. I bought a weekend ticket online. I turned up on Saturday and I was
actually moderately disappointed with both the show and the club turnout. For
me it has been some years since I was active on the kitcar scene but has it
really declined that much? I remember the yearly pilgrimage to Newark and the
whole of the showground was heaving!
The club area was most disappointing for me as this was always the part that
I found of most interest. There were a couple of nice 2 + 2s there and I did
spot an H4 and a couple of coupes but generally the turnout was pretty weak I
thought.
Anyway - I didn't go today as I went to put a deposit on a 2 + 2 :)
