Today on BBC South, they are discussing the rules and regulations on new
drivers.
One lad is filmed driving a Quantum on TV! Wow, they still look good on tv
;-)
Err, I might of had a little to do with some of the young people driving
Quantums at the Under17CarClub.
If you have a youngster between 11 & 15 years old, take a look at this most
excellent club
