Despite sending a note of my intention to attend, I shall not be able to
now, so please don't include my car on the list. I 'phoned the organisers
last week to get more details about camping, and mentioned about the
difficulties of a list and individual entry being tied together. They said
they were 'fairly flexible' whatever that means - when the 'rules' were on
the website last week they appeared quite stict.

We are looking to take a stand at this new event, but the organisers are
quite restrictive as they require us to pre-register places and provide
the number of vehicles for our stand. Obviously they don't fully
understand the kit car world, as we never know which of our cars will be
best suited for the day, often until the night before.
However, not to be deterred we will endeavour to book a stand, but we
need some assistance ASAP if you intend to come. Take a look at the
club booking form from the link below and please email myself and Carole
Ward with details of your display vehicle ASAP. We are not looking to
win the free track session, but intend to book a stand soon to avoid
disappointment. Ideally contact us before Sunday evening.
Without pre-registering your details you will most likely have to pay
the full standard entrance fee to get in on the day and may have to park
in the public car parks. Pre-booked passengers will receive a
discounted entrance, but you need to arrange this yourselves. We will
work out how best to distribute the tickets nearer the event.
